Each of our outpatient locations provides behavioral health services through virtual and in-person settings, supported by licensed clinicians, medical providers, certified peer specialists, and targeted case management.

We’ll Call You
One of our friendly front desk staff will give you a call to set up your first appointment with us. This will help us understand your needs better and support you as you start your journey to recovery with Community Reach Center.
Step 4
Arrive Early
Congratulations on scheduling your first appointment with us! To ensure everything goes smoothly, please arrive early in case you need to fill out paperwork. It’s also helpful if you bring along your photo ID, insurance card, and any medical history. If you’re bringing a minor, please remember to bring proof of guardianship.
Step 5
Meet With Staff
When you meet with our staff, they’ll ask you about the emotional or behavioral challenges you’re experiencing. This conversation usually lasts between one hour to 90 minutes. Next, our staff will help connect you with a Community Reach Center location, program, and therapist who can offer the support and services that best meet your needs. We’re here to help you every step of the way.
